#3 Yoga Chat with Tara Judelle and Marc Holzman

„Harmonize“. That’s the name of the Yoga retreat led by Tara Judelle and Marc Holzman on the greek island Paros. Julia went there in June and chatted with the two teachers about what it is we need to harmonize, what it means to connect to something bigger and how easy and non-esoteric it actually is to be a spiritual person.
